Electrical Diagnostic Module

This module provides the operator a set of tools useful for diagnosing electrical circuits.

Insulated Screwdriver Set – This 11-piece insulated screwdriver set has a color coded handle with tip ID for easy selection and comfortable vinyl grip for maximum comfort. The bits have a cold-formed black oxide tip for precise fit, and a Chrome-plated bar for corrosion resistance. The insulated screwdriver set has 4 flat tip and 4 Phillips screwdrivers in the following sizes: PH0, PH1, PH2, S1, S2, 3mm (1/8”), 6mm (¼”) and 5mm (3/16”).

This Wire Stripper/Crimper Tool is compact, lightweight, and the narrow nose fits into tight places. It is manufactured from hardened steel with precision ground stripping holes and has a spring-loaded action for self-opening. It features easy-to-read wire gauge markings on both sides for stripping wire that is 16 – 26 AWG, in either direction and has shear-type cutting blades for clean cuts. The textured handle provides a firm, comfortable grip.

NCV Tester – This voltage detector with LED is used for multiple applications and can detect between 50 and 1000V AC. The NCV tester has a small integrated light for use in low light conditions. The durable tip allows for easy checking of power outlets and is also designed with a green “Power On” indicator light ensuring the voltage detector is working properly before use.

This module is centered around the GCT-3200 Digital Multimeter which is equipped with an easy to read 3.5-inch backlit LCD digital display and magnetic holding strap making this Multimeter ideal for hands-free applications. In addition, the Multimeter features a rubber housing to promote steadfast comfortable grip while wrap-around lead holders keep leads at the ready.

The Multimeter is rated CAT III 600V and conforms to UL 61010-1 and certified CAN/CSA C22.2.

The pouch is made from rugged, abrasion-resistant fabric and features a mesh pocket on the interior lid, and elastic loops on the interior base. The pouch has a double slider zipper closure. The rear of the pouch features Velcro® Hook and two MOLLE straps with snaps to provide a variety of attachment options.
