Enhanced Search Kit

This is a heavy-team level search kit supplied with a leg bag and backpack. This kit enables visual search, physical search, access, marking, stabilization and provides additional planning components. This kit is built up of the two lower echelon kits and enhances its capability with additional tools and modules.

The Backpack is covered in Velcro® strips permitting each of the modules to be secured internally or externally. As with the modular approach to the entire BombTec product line, individual modules can be removed and attached to MOLLE straps on other carriers.

The Leg Bag provides the ability to carry the small items in an easily accessible location without impeding the user’s mobility. The main zipper compartment houses small pouches which may be repositioned across the Velcro-lined surface to suit individual requirements. In addition, the Leg Bag includes several external pockets with Velcro closures. These are ideal for frequently accessed tools. It also has an array of elastic MOLLE straps.

The pouches are made from rugged, abrasion-resistant fabric and feature a mesh pocket on the interior lid, and elastic loops on the interior base. Each pouch has a double slider zipper closure. The rear of each pouch features Velcro Hook and two MOLLE straps with snaps to provide a variety of attachment options.
