Solder Module

This module enables the operative to solder or remove solder as his task requires. It is centered around a 3 in 1 micro butane torch.

Butane Torch Multifunction Set – This multi-function torch has an adjustable, precision flame and hassle-free, trigger-start ignition. The pistol-style grip makes it ideal for detailed work on metal, wood, foam and other materials. It also comes packaged with a 3-in-1 versatile tip attachment, including a micro torch, a fine soldering tip and hot blower. This torch is refillable.

Solder – This lead-free solder features a 0.03” flux-core wire with a low melting temperature for a wide variety of soldering applications. It is suitable for use on galvanized or zinc-coated carbon steel plates with thickness of 7.9mm – 12mm. It provides a deep weld with superior strength and presents little slag or splatter, delivering a tensile strength of 605 – 645MPa.

Solder Sucker – This solder extractor provides powerful suction for solder removal for easy one-handed use. It has a durable aluminium housing, and a replaceable anti-static nylon tip.

The Internal Pouch 12 is made from rugged, abrasion-resistant fabric and features a mesh pocket on the interior lid, and elastic loops on the interior base. The pouch has a double slider zipper closure. The rear of the pouch features Velcro® Hook and two MOLLE straps with snaps to provide a variety of attachment options.
